Privacy Policies

Security is our highest priority to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us.

We store any information you enter on our website. This includes personal information such as your first and last name, home or business address, telephone number, postal and e-mail addresses.

The information you provide is not shared with non-authorized third parties. We may share your information, as only necessary as possible, with companies related to your travel itinerary such as airlines, hotels, ground handling companies, local tour companies, sponsors and other suppliers.

When it comes to payment sections, please make sure to see the security lock on your browser to confirm the identity of the site before providing your credit card information.

Reservation Policies

Guarantee policy:

A credit card is required in order to guarantee reservation.

Cancellation policy:

Please send the confirmation of your cancellation and/or changes via fax or e-mail.

In case of individual reservations, the cancellation has no penalty charge when is submitted at least 24 hours before the arrival; when it comes to groups of 10 rooms or more, cancellations have to be submitted at least 7 days prior the arrival date.

In order to be valid, any cancellation must have a code provided by our Reservations department. Any cancellation made out of time causes a penalty equivalent to a one night room rate, according to the rate previously booked.

No Show policy:

Confirmed reservations from guests that do not appear on the reservation date of arrival are considered NO SHOW unless there’s a confirmed cancellation or change. If we don’t receive the notice, a penalty equivalent to a one night room rate will be charged.

Once in the hotel and if the guest requires an early departure, for any reason, the hotel will be able to charge a one night stay according to the plan previously booked.

Extra person policy:

A $110.00 MXN fee plus taxes will be charged for an extra person in the Plan with Breakfast; $63.00 MXN plus taxes in European Plan.

Children policy:

Up to 11 years old minors are considered children. 12 years old and older will be charged as adults; children under 12 can share the room with 2 adults.

Pets policy:

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Oversold policy:

In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from Internet Power, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
